What Is the FORMA Clarity Audit?

The Clarity Audit is designed for that moment. In two structured sessions over two to three weeks, we identify exactly where your operations are breaking down and deliver a written action plan your team can move on immediately.

What Happens After the Audit?

Both are scoped to pick up exactly where the Brief leaves off.

What's Included?

Every Clarity Audit includes the following across two sessions:

Before Session 1 An intake form sent immediately after your inquiry is confirmed. This focuses our session time on what matters most and ensures we go deep rather than spend time on basics.

Session 1 — Diagnostic(60minutes) A guided conversation covering your team structure, current systems, operational friction points, and where execution most consistently breaks down. This is where we get honest about what is actually happening inside your organization.

Analysis Period(Two weeks) FORMA conducts a focused review of everything surfaced in Session 1 and builds your FORMA Clarity Brief — a written document with 3–5 prioritized recommendations specific to your organization.

Session 2 — Delivery(60 minutes) Your FORMA Clarity Brief is presented and walked through in full. We discuss which recommendations to tackle first based on your capacity and timeline, and you leave with a document your team can act on immediately.

The FORMA Clarity Brief Your written deliverable. A clean, professionally formatted document that names what is working, identifies your operational gaps, and delivers 3–5 prioritized recommendations — each with a suggested first action step you can take shortly thereafter.
